What is the VIP unique member ID# and what is it used for?
Your VIP unique member ID# is your Subscription Membership ID# and it is used primarily for:
– automagically entering all VIP members into Canvas Community competitions
– randomly selecting monthly Canvas Community VIP draw prize winners
– receiving your 10% off at any of our exclusive Canvas Community VIP partners
Where can I find my VIP unique member ID#?
Your unique VIP member ID# is the same as your subscription # which (when logged in) can be found on your My Account page. Alternatively it can be found in the email sent to you upon successful membership registration.
How can I change my password?
After logging into your account, you can change your password by following the instructions displayed in the My Account > Change Password area.
I have signed up with a VIP membership but didn’t receive an email to access the exclusive content?
